Unmapped tickers default to sector "Other"/"Unknown" and bypass a Technology-only strategy. Confirmed 2026-07-02: LCID, RIVN (Cons. Disc.) and HOOD (Financials) entered despite both sectors being blocked. Fix: require sector membership in the active-sector whitelist, not just absence from the block list.
